What's being done

Today, there are many organizations out there trying to raise awareness to the public about the consequences behind the One Child Policy.   Many girls are adopted from orphanages through International adoption agencies to come to America and have a chance to live a better life.   Sex selective was banned in 1994 because of preference for boys and women are being educate that girls are as valuable as a boy.
